- The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation has called a meeting of its Contact Group on the situation in Indian-administered Kashmir.
- Pakistan cricket team players will be tested for the coronavirus. They’ll leave for a tour of England on June 28.
- Asia’s biggest cattle market that is set up on Karachi’s Superhighway every year has been opened.
- The Pakistan-Afghanistan Chaman border will be reopened from today for both the public and goods transportation.
- A Lahore accountability court will hear an assets case against former LDA director-general Ahad Cheema. He’s accused of illegally obtaining assets worth billions of rupees.
- Lahore’s weather has turned pleasant with the first rain of the monsoon season. The Met Office has predicted more showers in the city.
- An investigation report into the PIA plane crash has been prepared and will be submitted to the Aviation Division today. CCTV footage of the belly landing has also been clubbed in the report.
- The price of crude oil in gradually increasing in the international market.
